I know, I know, health is wealth. I have heard it a dozen times already from friends and family that it already is a mantra to me. I was shrugging off reminders by concerned people about my weight. It’s hard to push yourself to go to the gym regularly to exercise. Especially for a person like me who goes into ‘hybernate’ mode when inside the room already. After a hard day’s work, it feels good to just go to bed and relax.
