I know someone who wants to relocate somewhere far from where he’s at right now. It was really sad that he got jilted by his fiancee at the altar and since he wants to be able to start rebuilding his life already, he figures he might as well move to another place where he can make a clean start. He is looking at Wilmington real estate properties and is asking help from friends to relocate as soon as possible. I hope deep in my heart that he will be able to heal in time.

My aunt is asking us if we want an elliptical at home. She is getting worried with our weights. We are bordering on obesity and she wants us to start living a healthy life. And we are actually taking steps on living a healthier life. We are cutting on junk foods and other non-nutritious food. We are cutting on too much carbohydrates as well since this makes us heavier.

The elliptical will be a big help in getting and staying slim, don’t you think? I should go and call my aunt now.

My mom was big on parties and gatherings. She loved reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries and all the other family-related gatherings. That is why we have Riedel wine glasses at home. We also have special plates and glasses for every guest. When my mom passed away two years ago, we were amazed at the number of plates, glasses, utensils and so many other kitchen tools that she left. And the Riedel wine glasses are still being used on family gatherings up to now.

I love bright lights! That’s why I love living in the city, despite the pollution and the traffic. I think I got this love for bright lights from my grandmother’s home. It has chandeliers and big lamps and art pieces that reflects light off their surface. I grew up at my grandma’s house and of course, everything I saw there influenced my growing up years. Las Vegas and New York City are two great places for me.

Truth be told, I am afraid of loaning money. Once upon a time, I got neck-deep in debts. I experienced first hand how hard it was to try to stay afloat, managing to make both ends meet while paying off loans and corresponding interests. That’s why when family and friends would ask me about where to get loans, or as of late, where to find mortgage lenders, I am cautious. I tell them to make sure that they really have the capacity to repay any loan they’re going to take out before making the big move. I don’t want them to experience what I did in the past.

Not all real estate agents care for their clients. I should know. When we attempted to buy a house and lot at the country, we received a lot of help. But when the time came we wanted to back out of the deal already, I found myself doing everything on my own.

But of course, there are real estate agents who care. Brokers who will assist their clients until after the deed of sale is signed. Much like GMAC Real Estate’s brokers. Find one that care.
