Real estate business

One of the well-known politicians in the country has a rags to riches story. He came from a very poor family but then being the enterprising man that he is, he saw an opportunity to buy, build and sell real estate properties. He called it low-cost housing for the poor. It was a big hit that he earned millions from it. He expanded and created more houses for the poor. But then, he also has a different kind of real estate business. It caters to those who has money and would want to invest in real estate. I believe that so many people are clamoring for an appointment with him. I know so because a family friend is looking into Wilmington NC real estate and he wants to course through the possible purchase with his company.

Risking it

According to my insurance agent, it’s hard getting new clients these days. People are risking it, living without any insurance at all. He had an old client who didn’t renew his insurance policies. Life, car, and others. That’s why he is asking for an insurance lead from his old, active clients. It’s hard making a sale because of the global financial crisis. But fortunately, for my agent, he got hold of ten new clients after we talked. Good for him!

Sometimes you ask yourself if there is still meaning and reason to what you are doing. I have been asking that myself for weeks now. There is a hovering dark clouds over me for the same number of days now. Too many things running in my mind. Too many things to consider before I make a final decision. But I am seeing where this is going. Somehow, I know that it will come to it. Soon.

Electrician

An uncle, my dad’s second cousin, is an electrician. He fixed our electrical wirings and installed fresh lines for us. He told my dad that he got his materials at a store like Circuit City. He is always carrying his small bag that has the essentials just in case a family from the neighborhood would need his help. He is known in the neighborhood as the go-to guy when it comes to electrical wirings and such. Good to have someone like him in the family!

Good boss

My boss and his family went to visit their old family friend at the rv camping site. Based on stories that I heard from long-time employees of the company, my boss is a loyal friend. He’ll go out of his way to help a friend in need and he will extend help as much as he can. No wonder there are employees under him that are with the company for more than a decade already. It’s good to know that I have a boss like him.

Brisk walking

I love brisk walking, especially during early morning when there are few people going about the street. It is one of the best fat burners there is. It will make you sweat buckets which is good. It will make your lungs become stronger and your endurance to trekking and hiking really great. When I was still doing it regularly, I was fit and kept my ideal weight. But then I stopped when a series of muggings happened at the street where I brisk walk daily before. I am hoping to go back to it one of these days.

Rainy season

The rainy season is destructing my weight loss program! I am always hungry and sleepy and I hate exercising these days. I think I will turn to ephedra supplement for now. I really can’t do anything about these lack of energy short of forcing myself to do things half-heartedly. And I don’t do things that way. It’s either I do it or not. I just hope that I will be able to adjust to the weather soon and will be back to my normal routine before I know it.

Noticeable slump

There is a noticeable slump because of the feared Influenza A N1H1 virus, or most commonly known as the Swine Flu. Less people are traveling. Less people are going out. Good thing there are no known cases of the virus here in the country as of today. Otherwise, there will surely be a panic. I mean, who really trusts the government when they say they are ready, right? No one, I tell you!

In the office, you can see corners of desks with bottles of alcohol, alcogel, hand sanitizers and other anti-bacterial products. Prevention is better than cure, which is the best thing we should all be thinking about.

Soon!

I know so many people who are on the lookout for the best weight loss supplement they can get their hands on. A lot of people are having problems with their weight. Most of them are tied to their health. I am one of those who are praying that my weight problem will not be directed to my health. Hopefully, I will be able to do something about my weight issues very, very soon.
