When you live in the city, you miss the greens and the fresh air and the mountains. We normally take the time to go on a vacation in the countryside. But with the state of the economy plus the high cost of tuition fees prevented us from our annual vacation this year. It will have to take a backseat for now. I have to save for my brother’s college fees as well as save up for the rainy days ahead. Who knows until when this global financial crisis will last, right?
For now, I have to content myself looking at photos of the countryside like this. Next year, hopefully, we’ll be able to see more greens again.

I love using my laptop more than my desktop. Whenever I have tons of things to write about, I make sure that I am using my laptop. I love hearing the tap of keys. I love the soft touch of the keyboard. Plus, it’s so lightweight, I can change positions and I won’t have problems typing.
I bought my laptop more than a year ago. Lately, it’s been acting up, probably caused by a virus. I am having it reformatted, though, to be sure. I’m still using it and have not detected anything. So an IT expert will take a look and hopefully, can bring it back to its normal state.

I am so darn sleepy! When you live in the city, it is but normal to be stay up really late. I used to do this but change my routine to accommodate my new schedule. My daily routine is to go to sleep between 9-10 in the evening and wake up at midnight or around 1AM. And then I stay awake until 7 or 8 in the morning and would go back to sleep afterwards.
It is hard to be keeping this sked but I’ve no choice since I have a set of things to do at designated times. I just hope that my body can sustain this kind of setup. So far, I am thriving on the schedule I’ve set for myself. Although I have become more sleepy now more than ever.

Pistols Airsoft
My cousins have been ribbing me about being overweight. Well, I am. And I am not ashamed of it. Although health-wise, I must say that the added weight is getting to me. An older cousin handed me his airsoft pistol. I thought he’s telling me to give up. Hahaha! I realized that he handed me one of his pistol airsoft guns, the one he uses in his airsoft pistols games… game on! I need to play the game with them at least once a week to condition my body for more rigorous exercise come next month. They are enrolling me to the nearest gym.
Anyway, Air Soft Pistols, I was told, can be bought at http://www.softairpro.com, a web site where one can choose from a wide selection of airsoft pistols and guns. If you want to play the game like I do, go ahead and check out what the site has to offer.

I don’t know if I should tell my friend that she is in bad need of an acne treatment or medicine like Acneticin. I mean, her skin is breaking out and whenever I see her, it’s like she drunk a barrel of wine. Instead of rosy cheeks, her face is almost purple from acne.
I should tell her, I know. The thing is, she is quite sensitive when it comes to her appearance. She doesn’t like being criticized. She doesn’t like it when you take notice of something wrong in her. I am thinking that she might end up offended with the unsolicited advice from me. So I am debating whether to tell her or just keep my mouth shut.
What do you think?

I am not feeling well again. It seems that my unhealthy lifestyle is taking its toll on me. I feel weak and feverish. I feel like I would just like to lie down and sleep.
And you know what? I am giving in to this urge. I will get a few more hours of sleep and will see if I can bounce back. I have a lot of things to do and I need to be back to my normal self within the day.

I can understand most parents need to give out birth announcements. They feel this need to share their blessings with their family and friends. I’ve received countless of birth announcements ever since I started working. From friends, relatives, colleagues. I am thankful that they wanted to share their joy with me.
I remember a year ago, one of my best friends sent an announcement telling me formally about the birth of her child. I wasn’t aware that she gave birth already. So it was a pleasant surprise when I received the announcement.
Surprise your love ones with a birth announcement and introduce your newborn to the world.

The weather is making me all sleepy and lethargic! I don’t like this feeling at all. I have tons of things to do and I needed them done before midnight.
This is the very reason why I am a city girl. I need the noise and the buzz of the city to wake me up. Just imagine if I live in the country and there’s a storm brewing like what’s happening right now… I’ll probably be asleep all the time!
Rain is still pouring down hard right now. And guess what? I am sleepy once again!
I need to fight this drowsiness to finish pending tasks… Aargh!

These days it is wise to be sure first before making a financial decision. Times are hard and earning a living is not as easy as before. There is a global financial crisis at the moment. I feel that it is but natural to find ways where we can save even a few bucks.
My uncle asked me to help him get car insurance quotes from AutoQuoteNow.com because the one he has right now is about to expire. He actually wants something cheaper. He can afford to get the same policy but my uncle is one shrewd finance person. You cannot find him spending more than he should. And with the state of the economy, he is even more careful in spending his money. So a cheap car insurance is what he is looking for.
A car insurance is very important. But even as something as important as that need not be too costly, right? What I learned when I was still in the capacity of a company’s purchaser is that get as many quotes as possible. You will surely find one that meets your needs but is cheaper than what you currently have. I will help my uncle get the best car insurance at the cheapest price possible.

Bridal Invitations Shower
When you live in the city, you will notice that you hardly see your friends anymore. Especially when you are working late nights and are even spending weekends in the office. That’s why whenever I receive an invite to attend a special occasion, as long as my schedule permits it, I go. I just got bridal shower invitations from a friend and a colleague. I am really excited to attend both!
Anyway, I have to digress a bit to tell you about the Invitations Bridal Shower cards that I got. One is ordinary and the other one caught my attention. I was told that the lovely invitation is from http://www.announcements-shoppe.com, a web site where you can order bridal invitations that include rehearsal dinner invitations. These are personalized invitation cards that are exclusively designed, printed and shipped for you.
Anyway, the first bridal shower will be held this coming weekend. The second one by last week of July. Can’t wait to meet up with my friends again and catch up with the happenings in their lives.
