Breaking tradition, I am sending out holiday cards as early as this week! I normally send out my cards to love ones abroad on the second week of November. But since I always encounter delays in delivery of the cards, I thought I’d send out the cards earlier than usual.
I have several close relatives and friends living and working abroad. Every year, I try to make Christmas come knockin’ at their doors through the cards that I send out. Sometimes, if I have more than enough cash with me, I send out not just cards but small tokens as well. They call me up and thank me for remembering. I tell them it’s my small way of making sure I keep in touch with the people I care about.

Danny is joining a race. It’s a motocross that he’s been preparing to join for the past two years now. He’s doing regular practices and have bought Joe Rocket apparel for the race. Danny is really excited if he could sleep beside his motorcycle he would have done it already!
The race will take place in two weeks time. He is advised by experts not to practice anymore but rather to rest and prepare for the race mentally and emotionally. Danny is listening to advices given to him and he will do just that. Rest and just wait for the day of the race to arrive.

My cousins are teasing me about my desire to become really good at technical stuff. I am a techy wannabe and proud of it! I would like to be able to identify wires and cables (like the hdmi video cables that my cousin gave me for the audio-visual presentation we are preparing for this coming Thanksgiving). I would like to be able to open a computer’s CPU and know which is which. I would like to be able to repair cellphones, laptops, and other electrical appliances at home. Techny and handy
Well, can you blame me for this desire of mine? It will save our family a chunk of money if I can do those things myself.

Since my friend and I would always love the feel of being tourists, we are both thinking of working in a place associated with them. The best one? Hotels! She is looking for Food Preparation Worker – Manager Jobs since she works for a local restaurant as a dining manager now. While I can work as a receptionist at a hotel. We are excited and will be pursuing this change in work places by next year.
We were talking about how we would love to always travel. If only there’s a job that entails a lot of traveling and exploring of places…
