With all the sleepless nights I experienced, I think the best vitamin supplement is what my body needs. I have a nine to five job and I also work at home. I write on the side. Writing takes up a chunk of my time at night and there are days when my mind still churns at four in the morning. I need to wake up at five to get to work by seven. So instead of going to sleep, I just stay awake and prepare for work earlier than usual.
It’s a bad lifestyle, I know. One I am hoping to change soon.
