Good for nothing agent
October 2nd, 2008 @ 2:07 am

When I heard that a relative of mine is asking for a term life insurance quote from my old insurance agent. Good thing I heard about it right away. I told him not to deal with the guy anymore. I have dealt with him before and when I thought that my whole policy was already in place, I was advised by the insurance firm that the agent used missing receipts and actually was not remitting my payments! The nerve of the guy! It was really a good thing I was able to talk to my relative before he could have given that agent some money already.

A new home
September 26th, 2008 @ 11:20 am

Do you need to get mortgage quotes? If you do, you can log on to Cyber Loan Net and get one. A family friend went back to the country after years of stay abroad. He is looking for a place they can call a home. The house that they previously own was sold when they thought they will permanently stay abroad. But with the state of the economy there, well, they just had to go back to live a more comfortable life with low cost of living.

Savings and investments
September 18th, 2008 @ 4:23 am

I am quite affected by the recent news surrounding the financial crisis in the US. I am always looking at online trading, checking on things. I am a person wishing to invest if I only have enough money to do so. I have some but not enough to cause alarm when the market index plummets. But still, it is my savings and I have a mind to pull it out now with all this things happening around.

Be sure to collect it
August 7th, 2008 @ 12:04 am

My boss is very strict when it comes to collection. Well, he must. Otherwise, the company will run low on funds. Everything the company earns right now goes back to production. There is a high volume of orders coming from our biggest client. If my boss is lax about collection, we will find ourselves without funds to pay for the raw materials that we use. It is therefore not surprising when he hired a Debt Collection agency to help our one-woman collection staff. It is a big relief for the collection staff. It is not everyday that we get so many orders like what we are running right now. But she is being run ragged by the demands of production. She needs to be able to achieve a certain amount of collection each week. I actually pity her for the position she is in right now. Last week, my boss asked me to help her out. She is stressed out already because of the demands on her. Now, there is an additional stress for her. My boss is satisfied with the collection agency’s performance. And he is thinking of hiring them indefinitely. Now, where will that put her? I just wish she will stop stressing it as my boss will not really lay her off. Of course, my boss has to tell her so.

Do you think they can help her?
June 13th, 2008 @ 3:56 am

Oh yes, they can!

My aunt is into jewelries. She sells different kinds of jewelries. Diamonds, turquoise, swarovski, pearls… you name it! She has fashion jewelries as well as the legitimate ones. She sells her jewelries for a premium, to be paid in installments. The higher the price of the purchased jewelries, the longer the term can be. She is that lenient when it comes to her customers, especially the ones with repeat orders… the ones that paid well the first and second time around.

But of course, in installment sales, there is a high risk of bad debts. There are customers who were good payers. Then come third or fourth time around, they will transform into people who forgets their financial obligations. This is what happened to my aunt. She has at least five customers who failed to pay three installments in a row. And because of this, she is now considering hiring the services of a Collection Agency. The charges are the only thing that is stopping her from pushing through with her plan of getting one.

I told her to check out AmericanProfit.net because I read that they have the best solution for uncollected debts at a very reasonable flat rate. Hmm… what do you think?
