Given a chance I would like to take up an online business degree. I am not getting any younger. I know that sooner or later it would be hard for me to find work already. I want to improve myself so that no matter what happens I have an edge over my competition. Also, I am thinking of opening a business with the family so a business degree will surely come in handy.
I am turning another year older this year. 34. 6 more years and it will be the big 4-0! I am not one of those people who cries and gets scared over old age. I welcome it. But I need something with me to help me live a comfortable life even if I am already 60 or so.

It’s been a year, more than actually, since the tragedy happened. I don’t think time will diminish the pain of it but he is coping. He is moving on. He is taking it one day at a time but he is exerting effort to heal himself.
Right now, he just wants to be away. Even for just a while. He will ride his bike and wear the Bell Custom 500 that she gave him before it all happened. He’s always bringing it with him, probably as a reminder of her love. And for practical reasons, too, since he’s riding his bike all the time.
It will take a while but he will heal… in time.

Workaholic. That’s what everyone calls Tony. He’s been working so hard every single day. Even when sick, he still goes to the office and will even attend business meetings come storm or any calamity. He’s always been that way. But one thing about Tony is that he knows when to take a break. Even when he’s working himself so hard he knows when to stop.
Do you know what his only indulgence is? None other than cohiba cigars! When he’s home, after a good meal, he would go to the porch and have a cigar with him. It’s his own way of relaxing.
Men like Tony works and plays hard.

I think we can all agree that time is gold. Once time passes, we cannot get it back. We can compensate for it but we cannot get back lost time. That’s just how it rolls in life.
Can you blame us for having stainless steel watches each? My siblings and I bought one for ourselves and then we bought one for our dad. We are afraid of wasting time because we are all very aware how short life is. Be aware of it, too! You might be thinking that there’s still so many years ahead but are we sure of it? Do we really know that we will stay here on earth for a very long time?
We are not sure. Waste not! Time is gold so make sure you use it the best way you know how.

My sister is downloading a free version of the vlc media player. She needs one for her netbook and since it’s free, she thought why not?
These days we can get so many things that are free on the net. All we need to have is a sharp mind to determine what’s spam and what’s a legitimate offer. Believe me, there are so many free stuff on the net you will spend days trying to download it all!
Just search and when you find one, make sure to check it before doing anything else.

They talked about going away for at least a weekend. Just the two of them. The kids will be taken cared of by their nannies and their parents. They had two choice destinations and when they were about to make their final choice, their minds changed. They now want to get diamond anniversary rings instead… specifically, a ring for her, an entertainment system for him!
Since they know for a fact that they won’t enjoy going on a trip without the kids, they thought they might as well spend their travel fund for something that will last for a while.
Anyway, they have to wait a few years and they can bring the kids with them to a trip abroad.

Miss Norma is a spinster. She is already 68 years old and living alone in a small house. Her nephews and nieces often visit to check on her and during their last visit, they gave her gardening gifts. She couldn’t believe how good they are to her! They know how much she’s into gardening nowadays. She learned how to transfer potted plants to the ground and vice versa. Ever since she’s enlarged a portion of her backyard to accommodate more plants.
Perhaps she’s been talking a lot about it so her nephews and nieces noticed how much she loves gardening these days. That’s why they gave her more tools to use in her garden.

Richie needs extra income because he plans to pursue his masters degree. He is teaching in an international school and since the school is undergoing accreditation, all teachers are required to have at least 12 units of masters degree to be able to continue teaching. The school is giving all non-MA holders a year to comply with the requirement.
That’s why Richie will do extra work on weekends, and when he can. He was once a radio dj and he still has his dj gear with him. He will use it and offer his services to clubs and radio stations again so that he can earn extra money. He is giving himself three months to do the extra work then he will concentrate on his masters after.
He just needs the extra money to be able to tide him over until he gets back to teaching.

Patsy and her siblings waited a long time for their dream of opening a grocery supermarket come to fruition. It took them years of saving up for the capital investment and now that they have it and more, they are pushing through with the business of their dreams. They are physically, mentally, emotionally and financially ready for it!
A list of inventory is ready and the siblings have talked to several suppliers by now. They also already got a Retail POS System and have commissioned an expert to help them out with installation, implementation and training of their personnel.
It’s really worth the wait. They are slowly seeing their dream come to fruition and any day now it will all begin…

I was once in love with the guitar man. He had a martin guitar and he loved playing a fave song of mine. He would go to my place and just stay with me. He’d bring his guitar and he would play until he had to go home.
It was a period in my life that I will never forget. I cherish those moments even now that we are already older and he’s about to get married. I am happy for him. I have moved on. My only regret is that we could have been in a relationship but I didn’t act on my impulse.
