Feels like losing weight
I swear I feel like I have lost weight already. Even without the glucomannan yet that my friend will give to me. I have been watching my food intake, especially the sweets. I am also trying to lessen what I eat during dinner. I am not fond of taking snacks so I think that’s also a big factor why I feel like I’ve been losing weight now.
Or it might be all in my mind. I have weighed myself two weeks ago. I haven’t weighed yet again. But I feel like I’ve lost at least 5 pounds since then.
Illusion or not? Ha-ha-ha!
