Going on a trip is special to me. I have been a traveler at heart but because of limited resources, I can only travel so much.

Whenever I am presented with an opportunity to travel, I grab that chance. I know that another chance like that won’t present itself to me again. And you know what? I don’t dream big of going to exotic places or going on lavish tours. I just love going to places I know I can also bring my family to. Places where there are good tourist spots to go to while still having the amenities of a big city.

I told myself that as soon as my brother finishes college, I will plan a really good trip for the whole family. And then another one for me alone. I am not getting any younger. I also want to be able to experience traveling alone.

I’ve been reading camcorder reviews for an hour now. The reason why I am doing that is being I am being asked by some relatives to check out camcorders for them. One wants an HD digital camcorder while three want HD MiniDV camcorders for them.

I remember my mom wanting to buy one before. We love going on family outings so she wanted to capture those special moments. But we didn’t have funds to buy one before so we made do with our old manual camera. Now, we have one at home and all I am looking for are camcorder accessories alongside the requests for camcorders from the relatives.

She went to the gym and enrolled in boxing. She hired a nutritionist. She bought boxes of alli. She did everything legally possible to be as sexy as a vixen. She then celebrated her birthday and freedom (according to her) in a grand celebration. She invited her boyfriend, now her ex. Let me tell you his reaction…

He was floored! He drooled over her really sexy body complete with abs and very toned arms and legs. It’s a pool party so by midnight, she changed into a red bikini and paraded her uber gorgeous body around.

It’s the best revenge she can get. A look of regret in her ex-boyfriend’s eyes!

He wants to show his support in her wife’s journey to a healthy body. She caught him reading the weightlossdietarysupplement.org and she was so touched with his explanation that he wants to be able to be there for her every step of the way. His wife gained weight with three pregnancies in five years. Before she can get the baby weight off, she’s pregnant again. So now that she’s done being pregnant, he wants to help her get back to her pre-baby weight body.

It’s not only to look fit but also to live a healthy life. They both want to set good examples to their kids and to do that, they want to show them that they are living healthy lives for all of them.

Billy got scared when he was shown the eczema pictures of someone we know. Billy is a friend and he has eczema he thinks he got from a towel he borrowed. I told him that it’s really not good to borrow someone else’s towel, especially if it’s a used one. No sharing of sweat and other skin diseases, please!

That’s what I was taught by my mom. It’s unhygienic to be borrowing any personal item from someone else. Comb, towel, hanky, undies, make-up brush, lipstick, and anything that is being wiped on someone else’s skin. If the person you borrowed the personal item from has a skin disease, then you will also get it the disease for sure!

I am in need of affordable wood blinds. The blinds in my room were broken when my little cousins stayed last weekend. They made it somewhat a hanging ladder and before I know it, the blinds were on the floor, broken. I love my little cousins but sometimes having them over at my place is proving to be costly to me. The last time before the broken blinds, they broke five pieces of my favorite chinaware.

Of course with all the broken things, it doesn’t mean I don’t want them over again. Maybe I should be more vigilant in guarding them the next time they stay over.

I am not much into vitamin water. Cousin Phoemela bought cartons of it and is using it as a tool to lose weight. Instead of mineral water, that’s the one she’s drinking the whole day. I don’t know if it’s working for her but I must admit she’s looking so much thinner now.

I am not much of a risk taker. When someone tells me about a certain product and asks me to try it out, I will politely decline. I am scared of side effects. But with cousin Phoemela, her vocabulary doesn’t include fear. It’s all about risks and adventures.

Doug is undergoing treatments for hair loss preventions. He is my friend Lucy’s boyfriend and they are getting married in a year’s time. Since they both want to have the best wedding video and photos, they are doing their best to look great for their wedding day. While Doug is taking care of his hair, Lucy is shedding off excess pounds so she will be the sexiest on their big day.

I just love couples who need not yell at each other or threaten each other to do things. Doug initiated everything and Lucy is just happy to oblige.

Cathy, who lives at the unit next door, is recommending the best weight loss supplement to my friend. We actually don’t know her at all but when a small gathering of my friends happened in my unit, she barged in and offered unsolicited advice to all of us.

It wasn’t cool at all! I was embarrassed to have such a nosy neighbor. I didn’t even know she existed. Maybe she’s desperate enough to make a sale that she just didn’t think about what my friends would be saying about her. Or what I would be thinking about her from then on.
