You all know how a household changes when there is a baby or a kid in it. I belong to a brood of six. We are only 5 now because my brother passed away. Dad is the only parent we have left because just like my brother, my mom died a couple of years back. We are all grown-ups already, the youngest now in college. But you know what? Our household changed because of a little kid, Angel, joined us and is now a part of the family. The little girl is actually the daughter of a distant relative who lives near our residence. Since the relative got pregnant immediately after almost a year after giving birth to Angel, she asked my dad if Angel can live with us for a while. It’s almost a year now and Angel’s still with us. Whereas before we don’t really mind what we eat, now we are more conscious of the food we serve. We don’t want to set a bad example for Angel. Having a kid around really changes ones lifestyle. We love having Angel around so changing our lifestyle is fine with us. We just need to remember that little kids are fragile and we need to be able to give them a healthy environment they can live in.
